Improving features of a data dashbaord

The Objective
Organize the content categories 'Division, District, Store' on a dashboard, define functionality of the search tool and sorting result page.
About The Project
Our company built two major products 'AcuPick,' and 'AcuView' for the Albertsons grocery retailer. 'AcuPick' is used by store employees who pick and pack online orders, while 'AcuView' is the corresponding dashboard, allowing store and regional managers to view picking metrics.
Role & Tasks
I was responsible for re-organizing the page IA into three categories: Division> District> Store, establishing a parent-child filter. I also created the 'Smart Bar' filter and helped define the sorting parameters of the result page.

This is the daily dashboard for the Jewel Osco

- Division with its districts (regional areas). Each district card, made up by multiple stores, include the following metrics:

  • OTT - on time tilling,
  • OTH - on time tilling per hour,
  • OTD - on time tilling per day

Tills refer to completed paid transactions.

This screen shows the same information in a spreadsheet layout for a quick comparison.
